REFUND & EXCHANGES
You have 3 days (shoes) and 7 days (clothing) to exchange your items.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
Exchange of size is subject to availability. If stock is unavailable, you may exchange with the other items available which is similar (or cheaper) than the price of the initial item. For any price differences, there will be no balance issued.
Returning shipping fees are borne by customers. New item(s) will only be shipped once return item(s) reached our store. We strongly suggest using Poslaju as we are not responsible for any lost parcels during return.
Sale and best-value item(s) are not exchangeable. We do not provide refund on all items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
